The Wardens will bring their unique blend of songs and stories to the Weyburn Concert Series on Thursday, Oct. 24 at the Cugnet Centre.

The event offered a variety of engaging attractions for families, for which the museum partnered with several local organizations.

The 2024-25 season for the Weyburn Concert Series will open with an acoustic show by award-winning country artist George Canyon on Oct. 9, at 7:30 p.m. in the Cugnet Centre.

Workshop was held at the Carlyle Public Library.

Jill Ruep is leading workshops on Sept. 28 and 29, teaching participants to hand sew fringe earrings using the brick stitch pattern, incorporating dentalium shells into their designs.

The second season of these open mic events kicked off on Sept. 15.

Artist Iris Hauser seeks to celebrate the strength and creativity of older women in her exhibit showing at the Weyburn Art Gallery, she told an audience on Friday.

A play about adult attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), entitled “I Have No Idea”, will be staged in Weyburn at the Tommy Douglas Centre on Oct. 5 and 6.
