The Battlefords and Area Sexual Assault Centre’s fifth annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes fundraiser, took place Thursday, starting from Blend restaurant. Men from all walks of life put on high heels and walked a mile to raise awareness of around gender-based violence. Proceeds from the event go towards BASAC programming.
