Saskatoon RCMP have laid 10 charges against one individual after a fatal two vehicle collision on Highway #41 south of Aberdeen on Jan. 23, 2020.
A 34-year-old male from Aberdeen, SK, has been arrested and charged with the following offences:
· Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm, contrary to Sec. 221 of the Criminal Code;
· Impaired Driving Causing Death, contrary to Sec. 320.14(3) of the Criminal Code;
· Drive Over 08 Causing Death, contrary to Sec. 320.14(3) of the Criminal Code;
· Dangerous Driving Causing Death, contrary to Sec. 320.13(3) of the Criminal Code
· Two counts of Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm, contrary to Sec. 320.14(2) of the Criminal Code;
· Two counts of Drive Over 08 Causing Bodily Harm, contrary to Sec. 320.14(2) of the Criminal Code; and
· Two counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm, contrary to Sec. 320.13(2) of the Criminal Code.
The male is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Saskatoon on Feb. 7, at 9:00 a.m.
