Paisley Wolkowski of Canora (right), a member of the Good Spirit 4-H Beef Club, finished first in the intermediate class when The Rusty Spurs 4-H Light Horse Club hosted the District 18/19 4-H public speaking event on March 2 at the Sturgis Composite School. With the win, Wolkowski advanced to the Regional 4-H public speaking competition scheduled for Weyburn on March 15.Preeceville Progress
