Looking for something to do this winter? The Yorkton Cross Country Ski Club invites the public to come check out the City of Yorkton Municipal Deer Park Golf Course and the ski trails that the club sets. There are 3 loops varying in distances that total 7 kms. The terrain varies from level to fairly hilly, a great workout for both new and experienced skiers. Trails are set in both classic and skate style tracks. The club house is open Sundays 1 - 3 and ski rentals are available. Ski equipment can be rented for a day or a week. Lessons are available on request. Use of the trails is free to all but membership is encouraged to help maintain the trails and equipment.
