It was Canada’s birthday, and dozens of Yorkton residents gathered to celebrate Monday.
It was the 152nd year since confederation in 1867, and from cupcakes, to music, to kids games and rides on a vintage fire truck, people celebrated at the Western Development Museum Monday.
Local festivities will wrap up this evening with fireworks at the Gallagher Centre Exhibition Grounds. beginning at 10:30 p.m.
