One of Canadian Pacific Railway's Holiday Trains came to Bredenbury on Monday morning for the first Saskatchewan stop on a tour of Canada and the US. The train visits Bredenbury every second year, bringing with it Santa Claus, a lineup of Canadian musicians, and a corporate donation to the local food bank. This year, musicians Tracey Brown and Valdy performed for the crowd and CPR donated $4,000 to the Yorkton Salvation Army Food Bank. Residents raised another $1,000 in donations for the food bank.
