The RCMP at Punnichy, Saskatchewan are requesting the assistance of the public in locating Joseph Cyr, born July 15, 1975, from Gordon First Nation in Saskatchewan.
Joseph Cyr (also known as "JoJo Cyr" has outstanding warrants for his arrest and has been charged with the following offences:
·       Assault – Sec. 266 C.C X2
·       Forcible Confinement – Sec. 279(2) C.C
·       Uttering Threats – Sec. 264.1(1)(a) C.C
·       Resist Arrest – Sec. 129(a) C.C X2
·       Failure to Attend Court – Sec. 145(2)(b) C.C
·       Theft of Truck – Sec. 333.1(1) C.C
·       Breach of Release Order – Sec. 145(5)(a) C.C X2
·       Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle – Sec. 320.13(1) C.C
·       Flight from Police – Sec. 320.17 C.C
Joseph Cyr is described as follows:
·       a 44 years old
·       approximately 5’6 and 160 lbs
·       short black hair
·       brown eyes
·        darker complexion
Joseph Cyr has been wanted on these outstanding warrants since January, 2020, and is believed to be on Gordon First Nation or city of Regina.
