3 charged in homicide of Tyler Morin appear in Saskatoon court

SASKATOON – Tyler Morin’s accused killers will be back in Saskatoon Provincial Court in November.

SASKATOON – Tyler Morin’s accused killers appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court Sept. 27 and their matters were adjourned to November.

Levi Dana George McAdam, and Richard Cross will have their cases spoken to on Nov. 23, and Ashley Payton Reed Smoke’s case is set for case management that day.

The three were charged with first-degree murder in 30-year-old Morin’s death. Saskatoon Police say that Morin was found inside a Saskatoon home in the 200 block of Ave. V South with a gunshot wound to the abdomen on Nov. 10, 2017. He died in hospital the next day.

Smoke also has several breach of probation and failure to appear in court charges.

All three remain in custody.

The charges against the accused haven’t been tested in court.
