YORKTON - An ‘Ag Appreciation Night’ at the Grain Millers Harvest Showdown was more than a tip-of-the-hat to farmers.

The event was also a fundraiser with the proceeds donated to Habitat For Humanity – Yorkton, which is currently working on its 10th home build since the organization was launched in the city.

The evening event raised $6,750.

The night which was hosted by Lakeview Insurance, Maple Ag & Outdoors, Synergy Ag, Yorkton Auction Centre and Schrader’s also included entertainment for those attending.
