SASKATOON — Saskatoon RCMP need your assistance with a theft of a black 1995 Yamaha Phaser snowmobile that was stolen from a residence in Sunset Estates trailer park.
At precisely 2:03 a.m. on Jan. 8, a light coloured Chevrolet Silverado quad cab truck (1999-2006) was caught on surveillance camera driving slowly as a passenger jumped from the truck and immediately tied a rope to the snowmobile.
The passenger suspect was then observed jumping onto the seat of the snowmobile and being towed by the truck which drove off towing the snowmobile around the trailer park. The truck was then seen leaving the trailer park where the snowmobile was believed to be loaded on the truck before departing Sunset Estates.
