- Under her recommendation, Douglas made the proposal that effective September 1, Sillers would become the new Assistant Administrator for the Town, while Klotz would become the Assistant Administrator for the RM of Rudy.
- Due to a growing number of bill payments that were owed, the Town shut off water to a large number of homes until payments were made or the situations were remedied.
- The Town is moving forward on a punch card program out at the landfill that may be of interest to those who do consistent dumping out at the facility.
- In the Recreation Director’s report, Jones noted that the recent Communities in Bloom tour went “awesome” and that officials had some good comments about Outlook and made some helpful suggestions for the future.
- The Kinsmen Park summer program has been great this year, with good attendance and kids/families having lots of fun.
- The Outlook Regional Park recently welcomed five new board members.
- A new heater for the Outlook Civic Centre was said to be coming by the end of September.
- Douglas was officially appointed Administrator, and she and councillor Grotheim were granted signing authority.

- The Town authorized and carried a motion to pay a deposit for landscaping at the new pool site.
- Superintendent Antoniuk mentioned that the rented traffic counters that had been installed at both entrances into Outlook in order to gather data had tracked 50,000 vehicles per month.
