Amusement en français French language week is a time for the students of St. Michael’s School to come together, have fun and learn a bit more about French-Canadian culture. This year, the theme was bilingualism. The week was built around the cabane à sucre — maple sugar shack — and was capped off with a winter carnival featuring a wide range of activities outdoors and indoors to celebrate, including a treat of maple sugar toffee. The goal was to celebrate French-Canadian culture and get children from the French and English tracks at St. Michael’s School to learn more and have fun doing it.
