YORKTON - CWE returned to Yorkton Thursday for another exciting evening of grappling entertainment.
The night, held in the Yorkdale Central School gym, was part of the CWE’s 15th Anniversary Tour.
The highlight match of the night was four-time ECW World Champion ‘The Franchise’ Shane Douglas emerging – to the delight of most fans – the winner over ‘The Headline’ Shaun Martens.
The ‘Chiseled’ Chad Daniels topped ‘The Canadian Rottweiler’ Kash.
In his CWE debut ‘Mighty’ Leon Lokombo pinned Canadian wrestling legend EZ Ryder.
In a dual-main event pair of matches, CAM!!ikaze won when seven-time CWE Champion ‘Hotshot’ Danny Duggan was disqualified, when local Jason Boyda jumped in the ring.
Finally, CWE Champion ‘The Zombie Killer’ MENTALLO held on to the championship hardware topping ‘The Boston Bruiser’ Kevin O'Doyle.
CWE has already announced they will return to Yorkton with more wrestling action April 30.
