YORKTON - The home side offence just never got going as the Yorkton Terriers hosted Flin Flon in SJHL action Tuesday.

The Terriers would fire 35-shots at the Bomber net, but goaltender Harmon Laser-Hume turned all 35 away to post a shut out on the Westland Insurance Arena ice.

Meanwhile Laser-Hume’s teammates had 33-shots, five of those eluding Terrier netminder Blake Sittler’s best efforts for a 5-0 visitor win.

The Bombers scored the lone goal of the opening period, a powerplay effort by Jacob Vockler with one second left in the frame.

Liam Bridger and Brock Mueller added second period efforts.

In the third Alexi Sylvestre scored twice, the first an unassisted effort, to round out the scoring.

The loss leaves the Terriers with a 3-3-1 record and seven points.

The Terriers will play Melville in a home-and-home set this weekend, hosting the Millionaires Friday then travelling down Highway #10 to play on the Mills’ home ice Saturday.
