The Yorkton Junior Cardinals will be hosting the Junior AAA baseball provincial championship this coming weekend. Yorkton will take on Lloydminster and the Regina Athletics in the preliminary round. Yorkton vs. Lloydminster goes at 3:30 p.m., and the Yorkton/Regina game is slated for an 8:30 p.m., opening pitch. Games will continue well into Sunday.
