The Yorkton novice hockey teams are well into their post season action.

The Clean Spot Terriers along with the Farrell Agencies and Thorsness Terriers are involved in a round robin playoff to determine who will finish with the most points in Major Hockey League novice playoffs.

As of the weekend, the three Yorkton teams are seeded in the top three. Langenburg and Moosomin White round out the teams competing. Yorkton Farrell's leads with 12 points, Clean Spot has 10 and Thorsness is in third with eight. Langenburg trails with four and Moosomin White has been shutout so far with six losses.

Last Wednesday afternoon, the Clean Spot team met the Farrell Agencies club at the Kinsmen Arena.

Farrell Agencies won a tight 5-4 contest.

Jaspyn Campbell tallied twice in the first two periods for the win.

Breaden Zerff got one back for Clean Spot, assisted by Josh Herzog and Anton Langan.

Farrell Agencies responded with a goal from Brady Bjornerud to restore the two goal lead.

Kaedin Dycer got that one back for Clean Spot to cut the lead to 3-2 before Campbell tallied his third of the game to put the lead to 4-2 heading into the dressing room for the second intermission.

The Clean Spot team fought back to tie the game at 4-4 when Jack Long and Jake Herzog both scored unassisted.

Logan Walters would ice the win for the Farrell Agencies with one second left in the game to win it 5-4.
