YORKTON - The Yorkton Terrier brass have been busy this weekend evaluating talent for the upcoming Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League season.
Terrier head coach and general manager Mat Hehr, and his assistants, having been getting a closer look at more than 50 hopefuls who were put through a series of drills and scrimmages at the team’s fall camp.
While the camp wraps up later today, evaluations will continue through preseason action, starting with the annual rookie game slated for Monday, Aug, 29, with a 7 p.m. start time, which will be the regular start time for Terrier home games this season.
