A while ago I was visiting in the Pelly area. I took the STC bus back, The bus comes into Kamsack, has to stand there for over an hour and then goes back.
Since the 1950s, this bus would go to Pelly, Benito, Swan River and then back. I took the bus all my life. There was always freight and people on the bus.
About three years ago, this government cancelled out Pelly, Benito and Swan River. They put on a bus for only three days to Pelly.
I don’t know what rocket scientist figured this one out. No government has ever touched this schedule. What money are they saving? This has to change. Oh yeah, there’s an election this spring. Right.
