OUTLOOK - The winners of the 2024-25 Sun West Student Art Contest have been announced!
Over 250 students from Sun West schools entered and winners have been selected in four categories.
Each first and second place winner in each category will receive a gift card and framed version of their artwork. Their original artwork will be displayed in the Sun West Division Office all of next year.
In addition, each winner will be awarded a certificate that will be presented to them by a Sun West Board of Education member at their school and on the same day their entire class will enjoy a free pizza party!
First Place, PreK-Grade 3 was Jayde Dzba of Kyle Composite School.
First Place, Grades 4-6 was Hannah Stahl of Springwater Colony.
Second Place, Grades 4-6 was Roquet Sedgwick of Elrose Composite School.
First Place, Grades 7-9 was Yevheniia Taranukha of Biggar Central School 2000.
Second Place, Grades 7-9 was Lizabeth Stahl of Springwater Colony School.
First Place, Grades 10-12 was Lily Farden of Outlook High School.
Second Place, Grades 10-12 was Sydney Simonson of Outlook High School.
