YORKTON - The track at Kinsmen Century Field was a busy place Thursday as people gathered for the Sixth Annual World Mental Health Day Walk.
The annual event sponsored by Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Yorkton, is an opportunity to raise awareness that mental health should matter to all of us, with the walk showing support to help break the stigma around mental health.
Among the walkers were many individuals and members of the Yorkton Kinsmen Maulers, Yorkton Terriers and YRHS football teams.
The walk raised $952 for the SIGN Rapid Access Counselling Program.
