LA RONGE – A man charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault of a woman was back in La Ronge Provincial Court Wednesday. He was remanded in custody and is now scheduled to appear on July 17.
Jonah Ballantyne, 33, was arrested in June 2023 after Deschambault Lake RCMP say they got a report at about 2 p.m. on June 17 that an injured person was receiving medical care at the local clinic. She was brought by private citizens to the clinic.
