SASKATOON – Friday marks the 21st anniversary of the homicide of 43-year-old Rizalino Cajuguiran and Saskatoon police are asking the public’s help in the historical homicide investigation.
Police say that shortly before noon on June 9, 2002, they responded to a basement apartment in the 100 block of Avenue U South where they found Cajuguiran deceased. An autopsy determined he had been the victim of homicide.
