PRINCE ALBERT – A woman, 29-year-old Christina Vlahos, has been charged with criminal negligence causing the death of 30-year-old Daniellea Clarke and criminal negligence causing bodily harm to the 53-year-old driver of the vehicle, which was struck at the intersection of Central Avenue and 28th Street on Dec. 2.
Vlahos is also charged with assault on Kayla Walker, which had occurred just prior to the collision.
On Dec. 2, Walker was charged with dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm. She was driving the vehicle that struck the vehicle that Clarke was a passenger, says Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS).
Further investigation by the PAPS Criminal Investigation Division determined a third vehicle, driven by Vlahos, was a contributing factor in the collision, resulting in Clarke's death.
Police have also charged a 38-year-old man with assault causing bodily harm and assault by choking in connection to this investigation. He appears in court on Jan. 9, 2024. Police didn’t release his name.
No further charges are anticipated, say PAPS.
