LA RONGE – Update: As a result of continued investigation, Saskatchewan RCMP’s Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team (WEST) have located Cory Knutson in a residence in Prince Albert, SK, in the afternoon of May 9, 2023. He was arrested and taken into police custody without incident.
Cory Knutson is scheduled to appear in provincial court in Prince Albert on May 10.
Original story: Police are asking the public to report any sightings of 48-year-old Cory Knutson who is wanted by La Ronge RCMP for numerous charges, including attempting to obstruct justice, uttering threats, and failing to attend court.
The Saskatchewan RCMP’s Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team [WEST], La Ronge RCMP Crime Reduction Team [CRT] and La Ronge RCMP are working to locate and arrest Cory Knutson and are now asking members of the public to report information on his whereabouts.
Knutson is approximately five-foot-nine and 210 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Knutson may be in Prince Albert, Weyakwin or La Ronge, but this has not been confirmed.
