PRINCE ALBERT – Update Nov. 3: Saskatchewan RCMP’s Prince Albert Crime Reduction Team (CRT) is actively working to locate 24-year-old Brianna Forest.
She is wanted by Prince Albert RCMP on charges including aggravated assault and forcible confinement in relation to a Sept. 19 incident on Sturgeon Lake First Nation. She is also wanted by Prince Albert Police Service for charges including assault with a weapon and theft of motor vehicle.
CRT asks members of the public to report all sightings and information about Brianna Forest’s whereabouts to police immediately. Brianna Forest is described as approximately five foot five to five foot seven, with an average build, brown hair and brown eyes. She may be in the Prince Albert area, but this can’t be confirmed.

Update Nov. 2: Police arrested Jared Naytowhow at a home on Sturgeon Lake First Nation on Oct. 30 but are still searching for Brianna Forest.
Police had determined that Naytowhow was in a residence on Sturgeon Lake First Nation. Officers from Sask. RCMP’s Warrant Enforcement Suppression Team (WEST) and Prince Albert RCMP, Prince Albert RCMP, Combined Traffic Services Saskatchewan, Police Dog Services, North District Management Team, and the RCMP Critical Incident Response Team worked for numerous hours to get Naytowhow to surrender. A conducted energy device was deployed and he was arrested.
A search warrant was executed at the home after Naytowhow’s arrest and police seized a sawed-off shotgun.
Naytowhow appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court on his outstanding charges on Oct. 31.

Original story: Several arrests have been made and police are searching for two others in an extortion investigation.
Ian Felix, 41, from Prince Albert, and Savannah Burns, 22, from Sturgeon Lake First Nation have been arrested. Jared Naytowhow, 32, and Brianna Forest, 24, from Prince Albert, are wanted by police.
Felix, Naytowhow, and Forest face charges stemming from an incident on Sturgeon Lake First Nation on Sept. 19. Police say that several people assaulted and attempted to extort a man. He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Felix was arrested on Oct. 1 when RCMP WEST and Prince Albert RCMP were doing proactive patrols on Sturgeon Lake First Nation. They had observed a vehicle stolen from the Melfort area and followed the vehicle to a residence where they arrested the Felix, who was driving. At the home, police also seized eight restricted firearms and ammunition.
Two others were arrested at the home, including Burns and 20-year-old Rylan Hanson from Buffalo Narrows. Burns and Hanson were wanted on outstanding warrants from Meadow Lake and Big River.
Burns also faces charges in connection to the Sept. 19 extortion on Sturgeon Lake First Nation. She is charged with extortion with a firearm, forcible confinement, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and uttering threats. She appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court Oct. 20.
Also, from the Sept. 19 incident, Felix, Naytowhow, and Forest are charged with extortion with a firearm, forcible confinement, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, careless use of a firearm, discharging a firearm with intent, using a firearm during an offence, and uttering threats.
Forest is additionally charged with pointing a firearm. Naytowhow is also charged with three counts of possession of a weapon contrary to an order, pointing a firearm, and failing to surrender authorization.
As a result of continued investigation, Felix is additionally charged with six counts careless use of a firearm, driving while prohibited, possession of property obtained by crime less than or equal to $5,000, possession of firearm with tampered serial number, possession of a firearm/ weapon/ device/ ammunition in a motor vehicle, possession of a restricted firearm/prohibited weapon with ammo without a licence, and weapons possession while prohibited by an order. He appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Oct. 20.
Naytowhow and Forest haven’t been apprehended and police say that if you see them do not approach.
Naytowhow is 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Forest is about 5-foot-7. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
