Student, teacher stabbed at high school: La Loche RCMP seek tips

A student and teacher were stabbed at the Dene High School in La Loche.

LA LOCHE - La Loche RCMP is asking for public tips to a stabbing at the Dene High School in La Loche on April 20. 

La Loche RCMP say they had received a report at about 2:30 p.m. of an assault in progress at the Dene High School. RCMP officers were dispatched and immediately responded to the school. They found an injured student and teacher. Both were taken to hospital and received medical assistance. There was no risk to the public as this incident was resolved quickly, say police. 

This matter remains under investigation, more details will be provided when available.
