A wanted street gang member, who may be Saskatoon or North Battleford, is a high-risk maximum-security offender who is a high-risk to the public, according to Parole Board of Canada documents.
Michael Robertson is wanted by Correctional Service of Canada on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching court-ordered conditions, including wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet.
Robertson’s information on file with Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) speaks to his “unabated persistent violent offending,” state parole documents obtained by SaskToday.ca
CSC say that Robertson is an active street gang member and that the local police have also confirmed his ongoing gang activity over the drug trade and his potential risk of violence. The report says that Robertson’s gang affiliation “could result in safety concerns.”
Robertson is wanted by CSC on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching court-ordered conditions, including wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet.
He was last known to be in Calgary on May 10 and police believe he may be in North Battleford or Saskatoon but his whereabouts are unknown.
Robertson was declared a Long-Term Offender (LTO) and placed on a seven-year LTO Supervision Order (LTSO).
He was placed on the LTSO mainly from his offences in Saskatchewan, including robbery, disguise with intent, arson with disregard for human life, carrying a concealed weapon, assault, assault with a weapon, careless use of a firearm, having a weapon or prohibited device, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order, mischief, and failing to comply with a recognizance.
Robertson is approximately 6-foot-1 and 260 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
Robertson has multiple tattoos on his neck and tattoos under both of his eyes.
