Woman to stand trial in P. A. court for Jeremy Starblanket's murder

Jeremy Starblanket’s body was found at the scene of a house fire in the 500 block of 5 Street East in Prince Albert. The explosion at the house blew the building off of its foundation, says the fire department.

PRINCE ALBERT – A woman charged in 29-year-old Jeremy Wade Starblanket’s death will stand trial for second-degree murder.

The trial date for Loretta Lynn Sakebow, 32, will be set in Prince Albert Court of King’s Bench.

Sakebow was arrested in July 2021 after Prince Albert Police released her photo and issued a Canada-wide warrant for her arrest in Starblanket’s death on March 20, 2021.
