REGINA - The Regina Lakeview riding has a prominent figure running in the election. NDP Leader Carla Beck is representing her party in the constituency.
Beck first won the Regina Lakeview riding in 2016 and became the leader of the NDP in 2022.
Before her work in politics, Beck was a social worker and a school board trustee at Regina Public Schools. Beck currently resides with her family in Regina.

The Sask Party has never won the Regina Lakeview riding, but that won’t stop them or their candidate, Sarah Wright, from playing spoilers.
Wright has 20 years of experience working in public relations for numerous places. She is a breast cancer survivor and raises awareness to help spread the word to other women.
Wright and her husband reside in Regina Lakeview. The 2024 election will be Wright’s first time running for a legislature seat.
The next party running in Regina Lakeview is the Saskatchewan Green Party and candidate Heather MacNeill.
MacNeill works as a manager for a non-profit support agency.
In the 2020 election for Regina Lakeview, the Sask Green Party collected 2.79 per cent of the votes.
The final party running for Regina Lakeview is the Progressive Conservative Party of Saskatchewan, with candidate Victor Teece.
