It was a beautiful day at the beginning of the 18th annual Wayne Pruden Memorial Golf Tournament Monday morning. In the afternoon, the clouds opened up and rained out the final six holes of play. There were 240 golfers registered to play in the tournament hosted by the Battlefords Union Hospital Foundation. The money raised at the event is being used to purchase a digital fluoroscopy unit for the hospital. Since the tournament’s inception since 1996, the tournament has raised more than $330,000.Photo by Brett Smith
