Sept. 23 - 29

RCMP received a request from Child and Family Services to assist in locating an individual.

A 39-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with two counts of assault with a weapon after members received a complaint of a dispute at a residence.

Police received a complaint of theft but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

A 31-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with fail to comply with release order condition after members received a complaint of him breaching his release order.

Members received a report of youth bullying via social medial. Members spoke to the complainant and spoke to the local school who requested a student presentation.

RCMP spoke to an individual regarding a financial dispute.

Police received a report of an attempted break and enter at a business. This matter is still under investigation.

Members received a request from Saskatoon Police Services to serve court documents to individuals in the Detachment area.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual damaging school property. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members transported the subject of complaint to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.

Members received a complaint of an intoxicated individual in public. The subject of complaint walked to a residence. No further police action required.

RCMP received a report of an individual sending indecent photos online. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

Members received a request to keep the peace while a business retrieved property from a residence.

RCMP received a complaint of assault, but the complainant declined to proceed.

Members attempted to execute a traffic stop but the vehicle fled. Insufficient evidence to proceed.

Police are investigating a complaint of sexual assault.

RCMP received a complaint of assault, but the complainant declined to proceed.

Police received complaint of disturbing the peace. Members attended but the subject of complaint was gone on arrival. No further police action required.

A 19-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with assault while choking and mischief after members received a complaint of assault.

Members received a report of a vehicle hitting a dog. Insufficient evidence to proceed.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual not complying with a release order condition. Insufficient evidence to proceed.

Police received a complaint of breach of peace. Members spoke to the subjects of complaint.

RCMP received a complaint of intoxicated individuals at a residence. Members attended but the subjects of complaint had left the premises and were in the care of a sober adult.

Police received a report of a single vehicle collision near Neilburg. The vehicle driver was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Lloydminster Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. This matter is still under investigation.

Members received a report of breach of peace, but it was unfounded.

RCMP received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. Members transported the subject of complaint to cells to remain until sober.

Members spoke to an individual regarding social media.

Police received a report of an injured deer near the highway. Members made a referral to Saskatchewan Environment and Resource Management.

RCMP received a report of an individual with a dog bite. Members contacted Emergency Medical Services at the request of the complainant. The complainant requested no further action be taken.

Members are investigating a complaint of uttering threats.

Police received a complaint of assault, but the complainant declined to proceed.

There were also eight traffic complaints, seven false alarms and two false 911 call.

 

Sept. 30 – Oct. 6

RCMP received a report of a suspicious individual knocking on residence doors. Members patrolled but could not locate a subject of complaint.

Police received a noise compliant. Members spoke to the subjects of complaint and issued a verbal warning.

Members conducted a wellbeing check at the request of Child and Family Services.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual not complying with a probation order. Members spoke to the subject of complaint and issued a verbal warning.

Members are investigating a complaint of fraud.

A 22-year-old female from North Battleford was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle after members received a traffic complaint.

Police received a complaint of an individual banging on a residence door. The subject of complaint left the residence. Members did not attend. No further issues.

A 32-year-old female from North Battleford was charged with fail to comply with release order condition after members received a complaint that she was breaching her release order.

A 32-year-old male from Cut Knife was charged with fail to comply with probation order and fail to comply with release order condition after members received a report of an intoxicated individual at a residence.

RCMP received a complaint of false pretences. This matter is still under investigation.

Members received a complaint of uttering threats, but the complainant declined to proceed.

A 36-year-old male from Little Pine First Nation was charged with fail to comply with probation order and fail to comply with release order condition after members received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence.

Members assisted Emergency Medical Services with a patient.

Police received a complaint of an intoxicated individual damaging property at a residence. The subject of complaint was transported to cells to remain until sober. The complainant requested no further action be taken.

A youth was charged with aggravated assault after members received a complaint of assault.

There were also six traffic complaints and three false alarms.
