Cut Knife RCMP Report – June 24 - 30
RCMP received a report of an individual setting up a tent near the railway at Marsden. Members attended but could not locate a tent.
Police received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence garage. Insufficient evidence to proceed.
A 28-year-old female and a 27-year-old male, both from Poundmaker First Nation, were charged with assault after members received a complaint of assault.
Members received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence but it was unfounded.
An individual turned in a wallet that was located at a business. The wallet was returned to the owner.
RCMP received a report of cattle on the highway near Cut Knife. Members patrolled but could not locate the animals.
Police received a report of a vehicle collision. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.
RCMP received a report of two suspicious individuals at a residence. Members patrolled but could not locate the subjects of complaint.
Members received a complaint of littering near a rural residence. Insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a complaint of uttering threats but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
RCMP received a complaint of an individual not complying with a probation order but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Members received a complaint of an individual possessing stolen property but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a report of a missing person. The individual was located.
Members conducted a wellbeing check at the request of a family member.
RCMP received a complaint of an individual not complying with a probation order but it was unfounded.
A cell phone was located in a field. It was returned to the owner.
Police located an abandoned vehicle on the roadway. The vehicle was towed as it was deemed a traffic hazard.
Members received a report of a stolen vehicle but it was unfounded.
A 38-year-old male from Cut Knife was charged with assault with a weapon and a 33-year-old female from Little Pine First Nation and a 25-year-old female from Poundmaker First Nation were both charged with assault after members received a complaint of disturbing the peace.
RCMP received a complaint of assault but it was unfounded.
A 22-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with fail to comply with release order condition after members located him breaching his release order.
A 74-year-old male from Little Pine First Nation was charged with fail to comply with probation order after members received a complaint of assault. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a complaint of damage at three SaskPower locations. All three matters are still under investigation.
Members spoke to an individual regarding an undertaking condition.
RCMP received a complaint of assault with a weapon. Members attended but the complainant requested no further action be taken.

Police received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. The subject of complaint was transported to another residence to be in the care of a sober adult.
A 42-year-old female from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with fail to comply with undertaking condition after members received a complaint of disturbing the peace.
Members received a complaint of theft but the complainant declined to proceed.
RCMP received a report of individual hearing gunshots. Members located the subject of complaint who had a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence and was safely sighting a firearm scope on Treaty land.
A 33-year-old female from Little Pine First Nation was charged with fail to comply with undertaking condition after members located her breaching her undertaking.
Police received a report of an intoxicated individual in public. Members transported the subject of complaint to remain in cells until sober.
There were also three traffic complaints, two false alarms and one false 911 call.
