SASKATOON — The City of Saskatoon has now expanded its ePermitting platform to include applications for property information disclosure reports, address change requests and encroachments agreement requests.

Starting today, you can conveniently submit your application and pay fees through the user-friendly digital platform.

Currently, the following applications and approvals are now available through ePermitting:

  • Building permits
  • Plumbing permits
  • Property information disclosure
  • Address change requests
  • Encroachment agreement
  • Zoning compliance certificate
  • Subdivision and condo approvals
  • Zoning bylaw amendment (rezoning and land use)
  • Discretionary use applications
  • Concept plan / official community plan submissions
  • Minor variance requests
  • Architectural Control District approvals
  • Direct Control District applications

The ePermitting system is designed to streamline the application process, making it faster, more efficient and accessible to all residents. With just a few clicks, you can submit your application and pay fees from the comfort of your home or office, at any time that suits you.
