REGINA — “The Trial of Louis Riel,” is the longest-running historical dramatic theatrical production in North America, and will be hitting the stage in Regina for its 57th consecutive year. The Trial of Louis Riel was written in 1967 by John Coulter to celebrate Canada's Centennial and is based on actual court transcripts of the trial held in Regina. It is produced by RielCo.
