ESTEVAN — Staff and students at the Estevan Comprehensive School were tying one on for SADD Sept. 30, 1991.
The Students Against Drunk Driving were canvassing businesses in the district during October for sponsorships to help defray costs of conferences and workshops.
The red ribbons attached to car exteriors indicated a commitment towards not drinking and driving.
