WEYBURN - The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking feedback from anyone who has received medical care at one of their facilities in the province.
They have set up a survey that can be accessed online, or by scanning a QR code.
By completing the survey, it will help the SHA to understand the needs and experiences in health care each person has. It will also help the SHA to learn about what they are doing well, and where improvements can be made.
The feedback will also help the SHA with future planning.
