North Battleford RBC Royal Bank branch closed due to water leak

NORTH BATTLEFORD - People planning to visit the RBC Royal Bank in North Battleford will need to wait a little longer, as the branch is temporarily closed due to a water leak in the facility.

"Our RBC branch and RBC Dominion Securities location at 1101 101st  Street in North Battleford is temporarily closed due to a water leak in the basement that occurred prior to doors opening on Monday, November 4th," said RBC Royal Bank in a statement. "While steps are being taken by all parties to resolve this as quickly as possible, we are still unable to provide access to the premises at this time for safety reasons. The area remains secure, and we are actively exploring a number of solutions to minimize disruption to clients."

The bank is currently contacting clients to rebook their appointments.

The bank is asking clients with immediate financial needs, to contact them by phone at 1-800-769-2511 for 24/7 service, online at rbcroyalbank.com, or through the RBC Mobile app

Customers can also contact one of the banks mobile experts to meet with them virtually or in person.

To assist clients with access to cash and their everyday banking transactions, an RBC Cash Counter is available at the Petro-Canada location at the Highway 16 Bypass.
