MONT NEBO — Ahtahkakoop RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating a suspect in an aggravated sexual assault case.
On July 21, at approximately 9:25 p.m., Ahthakakoop RCMP received a report of an injured female on Ordale Road, east of Mont Nebo.
Officers immediately responded and located a female, who was taken to hospital with serious injuries. As a result of investigation, Shadaine Stanley, 27, has been charged with:
- aggravated sexual assault without firearm;
- assault with weapon;
- assault causing bodily harm;
- carry concealed weapon;
- forcible confinement;
- uttering threats;
- three counts of fail to comply with release order condition.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest and Ahtahkakoop RCMP are actively trying to locate him. Shadaine Stanley is described as approximately five foot seven and 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has a number of tattoos, including writing above his eyebrow and on his right cheek, a cross on his left cheek and a large Playboy bunny on the left side of his neck.
Shadaine Stanley has connections to Onion Lake and surrounding areas, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
