Four people have been arrested following an incident involving firearms in North Battleford.
According to a news release from the RCMP, police received a 911 complaint on Oct. 8 at approximately 8:25 p.m., where it was reported that a man had just pointed a handgun at the caller andmade death threats.
The alleged incident occurredat the 900 block of 110th Street in North Battleford. Police report that the male then took off in a black Dodge pickup truck. The vehicle was located by police and four males inside were arrested.
A Lloydminster man, age 19, is in custody and appeared in provincial court in North BattlefordOct. 9to face the following charges: two counts each of pointing a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm, using a firearm in the commission of an offence and uttering threats. He was scheduled to appear in court again Thursday.
