Steve Kasokeo, 22, has been charged with aggravated assault a in connection with a stabbing Feb. 3 at Little Pine First Nation.
A warrant was issued for Kasokeo's arrest, and he turned himself into Cut Knife RCMP Tuesday afternoon. He is being held in custody until his first appearance in North Battleford Provincial Court Feb. 8.
Cut Knife RCMP Detachment responded to the call to Little Pin at about 8 p.m. that Friday Investigation revealed an man had been stabbed in the neck. He was transported to the Battleford Union Hospital by ambulance and was treated for non life threatening injuries, according to RCMP.
