The document compared rates at facilities in Moose Jaw, Lloydminster and Cold Lake, Alta.. The proposed rates were similar to the rates in the other facilities. For example, rental of the facility during busy hours is $55 per hour for youth and $99 per hour for adults. The rate falls to $30 per hour and $270 per day during slower hours.

This is compared to youth rates of $68, $60 and $50 for youth and $90, $95 and $80 for adults at Moose Jaw, Lloydminster and Cold Lake, respectively. For those interested in using the track, a single use will cost a toonie for youth and seniors and $3 for adults. Ten, 20 and 40 punch cards will cost $18, $34 and $64 for youth and $27, $51 and $96 for adults, respectively.

The facility will also sell swim-track combo punch cards in denominations of 10, 20 or 30 punches, three months, six months or one year. For adults, the costs are $63, $142, $161, $202 and $303 respectively, for students and seniors, the costs are $45, $101, $114, $144 and $216 respectively.

Rental rates for the facility were also given in the memo. A full day tournament or an evening banquet with setup will both cost $670. The cost of a trade show per day is $1,000 per side and sessions in the meeting room cost $50 if they are under six hours.

After some discussion, city council approved the rates presented in the document.
