Car fire causes $30,000 damage

A vehicle fire Thursday has caused an estimated $30,000 damage, according to fire officials. The fire happened about 8:35 a.m. on the 2000 block of 100th Street. The engine of a small passenger vehicle was fully involved in fire.

The fire happened about 8:35 a.m. on the 2000 block of 100th Street. The engine of a small passenger vehicle was fully involved in fire.

Two fire apparatus and five personnel were on the scene for almost two hours to extinguish the blaze. Also on the scene were WPD Ambulance, the RCMP and North Battleford's special constrables.

While the vehicle sustained heavy damage, no one was injured in the blaze
