The case against a man facing sexual assault charges from 2011 was adjourned due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Â
Jason Glen Dreaver, 39, from Muskoday First Nation is charged with sexual assault and two counts of failing to appear in court. On Feb. 26 RCMP released Dreaver’s photo to the public when asking for assistance locating him. He was arrested in March and released on bail.
Dreaver was scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court April 13 to enter a plea and elect how he wants to be tried.
The case was adjourned to June 22.
