Drug charges have been laid following a search executed on a North Battleford residence.
Charged are Collin William Cummer,30, and Pamela Lynn Wright,26,both of North Battleford.
Both have been charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, andpossession of proceeds of crime. They have both been released from custody and are due to appear in North Battleford court Sept. 13.
Aug. 16,North Battleford Provincial GISwith assistance fromMunicipal GIS, Detachment membersand Police Dog Services executed a CDSA search warrant on a residence inthe 2000 block of 101stStreet.
During the search, police seizeda half-ounce of marijuana,approximately $1,000 in cash, a digital scale,and other evidence.
