NORTH BATTLEFORD — Our Home, formerly known as Crystal’s Home, is now owned and operated by Eagles Nest.
The transition of ownership from Living Faith Chapel has been in the process since late March of 2022 and officially took effect Aug. 15, according to a Living Faith press release.
Living Faith Chapel operated the home as a safe haven for female youth from 2001 to 2022.
“We are extremely thankful to Crystal Paskemin’s family, the congregation of Living Faith Chapel and our incredible community for their vision and support of this valuable program through the years,” says Deb McNabb, community pastor of Living Faith Chapel.
“Everything that has been donated or gifted towards the youth and the home will stay and continue to be utilized by Eagles Nest.
“We are thrilled to pass the keys to Eagles Nest today, knowing we are honouring Crystal’s vision, our community’s investment and our church’s mission to love unconditionally and care for those in need. Our prayer is that this home now operated by Eagles Nest will continue to be a safe haven for youth today and in the days to come” she added.
