Heritage Saskatchewan will once again be holding the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan Heritage Awards after the Covid-19 pandemic put the 2020 Awards on hold. The Awards will be held virtually over Zoom November 2021.

The Heritage Awards provide an opportunity to recognize heritage projects that build resilient and sustainable communities for the future. In celebrating success stories, the Awards program lauds, inspires, encourages, and catalyzes the safeguarding of Saskatchewan’s rich and diverse living heritage for generations to come.

Submissions are now open to individuals, organizations, businesses, and government bodies who may put forth a submission to one of the following categories: Community Development, Public Outreach, Physical Heritage Conservation, and Intangible Cultural Heritage.
