THE BATTLEFORDS — A look at the Highway Hotline map Tuesday morning shows the northwest's roads are still designated as "winter driving conditions" which may include icy, slippery sections or swirling snow. Most of the rest of the province indicates the same.
An Alberta clipper moved through the province over the weekend, leaving roads across the province snowcovered and slippery., making for a weekend of stormy weather, warnings from Environment Canada and from police monitoring road conditions. As of Sunday morning, it was finishing up with eastern Saskatchewan.
