NORTH BATTLEFORD - The number of highway closures from the Blizzard of '22 in Saskatchewan keep on piling up.
The closures now blanket almost the entire central and southern portion of the province, including the Trans-Canada Highway, the Yellowhead Highway 16, and Highway 11. All highways surrounding the cities of Saskatoon, Regina, Moose Jaw, Swift Current and Humboldt are closed off.
The highways are still open in the northwest area around the Battlefords but are not much better for road conditions, with almost the entire region blanketed in "Travel Not Recommended" warnings.
