The friendly little village on the Yellowhead, is going to publish its own history book.
A committee of enthusiastic citizens of the community of Paynton have come together to work towards publication of the first ever Paynton History Book.
The recent celebration of the RM of Paynton's centennial, has inspired the folks to put their history down in the books.
The committee is now asking anyone who has had any connection with the RM or Village of Paynton to contact them with photos, stories or information involving connections with the community.
